Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license to be maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• OR 4+ years in marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Lead financial management and revenue cycle activities for the program and hospital partner.
• Develop and implement community education/marketing plans to increase referrals to the WCC program.
• Lead quality/performance improvement initiatives and ensure documentation and compliance.
• Manage clinical activities and direct clinical staff; perform case management as needed.
• Foster strong hospital relationships and communicate goals with executives and physicians.
