The role emphasizes financial stewardship, revenue-cycle management, performance improvement, and leadership of community education and marketing to grow referrals across the wound care continuum.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Center's operations, overseeing day-to-day outpatient clinic activities and wound care continuum programs.
• Direct reports management, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, setting performance expectations and reviews.
• Perform financial management, including revenue cycle oversight, financial reporting and cost control.
• Lead community education/marketing with hospital partners to drive referrals and coordinate with marketing teams.
