Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Program Director to lead the Wound Care Center and related programs. You will manage day-to-day operations, workforce, and ensure quality outcomes in collaboration with hospital partners.

The role includes financial oversight, marketing initiatives, and performance improvement activities to grow the wound care continuum of services across the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (state of practice) and active license requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or Business Administration.
• 1 year marketing/community education or 2+ years clinical operations experience; 4+ years marketing experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient center operations and wound care programs.
• Manage staff, conduct performance reviews, and coordinate with HR.
• Lead financial management and revenue cycle activities for the program and hospital partner.
• Drive community education and marketing to increase referrals to the WCC.
• Implement and monitor a continuous Quality/Performance Improvement program.
• Coordinate clinical activities and function as a case manager when needed.
