Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center operations across an assigned area. You will supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, manage daily activities, and partner with hospital leadership to deliver excellent patient care.

Responsibilities include financial management, revenue cycle oversight, and driving community education to grow referrals while ensuring compliance and quality improvements within the program and partner hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field.
• 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Experience managing healthcare operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day outpatient clinic operations and wound care programs.
• Manage financials, revenue cycle, and cost controls.
• Lead community education and marketing efforts to increase referrals.
• Drive quality and performance improvement within the center.
• Maintain strong hospital relationships and staff supervision.
