Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors and route calls to staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and send appointment reminders.
• Obtain and verify insurance information including pre-certifications.
• Enter data in databases and monitor patient charges and payments.
• Prepare patient charts and coordinate ancillary testing and transport.
