Job summary

Healogics, LLC. seeks a Patient Navigator to support front office operations in a dynamic outpatient wound care center. You will manage scheduling, patient communications, and insurance data while coordinating with care teams.

The role requires strong organization, data entry skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical coding is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Prior medical coding experience is preferred and valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Center leadership to maximize daily patient census.
• Greet patients and visitors and route calls to staff.
• Schedule, reschedule, and remind patients; support care continuum.
• Obtain and verify patient insurance data including pre-certifications.
• Enter charges and perform monthly reconciliation for providers.
