The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, program development, and collaboration with hospital partners to demonstrate value and achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Min of seven (7) years’ experience in Healthcare Center Operations.
• Healogics wound care experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by optimizing the Wound Care Clinics within a defined area, ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and clinical quality components of the Wound Care Center.
• Develop and manage programs that demonstrate value to hospital partners through high-quality care.
• Create an Inspiring Workplace and drive profitability, quality of care, and operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to deploy budgeting, reporting, and forecasting mechanisms for the area.
