Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead outpatient wound care centers across a network in New York. You will oversee clinical staff, optimize operations, and drive performance improvements to ensure top-tier patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, financial management, and collaboration with hospital partners. Travel may be required to support multiple sites and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current RN license must be maintained.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations preferred.
• 4+ years or more of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and resource management.
• Coordinate revenue cycle and financial oversight with hospital partners.
• Lead community education/marketing to increase patient referrals.
• Implement and monitor a continuous Quality/Performance Improvement program.
• Coordinate clinical activities and supervise clinical staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital clients.
• Travel to support multiple site needs as required.
