Job summary

Healogics is seeking an Operations Leader for its outpatient wound care centers. You will supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, optimize clinic workflows, and coordinate with hospital partners to ensure high-quality patient care.

You will drive revenue-cycle management, lead community education initiatives, and advance performance improvement programs while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• RN license required and maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred with 1 year of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred with 2+ years in marketing/community education or clinical operations.
• 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of outpatient clinic(s); optimize clinic flows, resources, equipment and services; ensure effective communication across the program.
• Manages revenue cycle and monitors financial reports; implements cost controls and collaborates with hospital leadership.
• Leads community education/marketing efforts to increase referrals; builds relationships with physician practices and hospital departments.
• Manages quality/performance improvement programs; ensures documentation, patient safety and compliance with guidelines.
• Directs clinical staff activities, patient care planning and education; may serve as case manager and support hyperbaric operations when needed.
• Maintains strong hospital client relationships; aligns program goals with hospital objectives and compliance standards.
