Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is the leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, operating 600+ sites and treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients yearly. The role oversees outpatient clinic operations, revenue cycle management, community education/marketing, and clinical staff leadership to drive quality outcomes.

The candidate will partner with hospital teams, implement PIP initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to be maintained throughout employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2+ years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.
• 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversees day-to-day management of outpatient clinic(s) and wound care programs.
• Stays current with reimbursement changes and manages revenue cycle.
• Develops and executes strategic marketing plans to increase referrals to WCC centers.
• Implements and manages a continuous Performance Improvement Program (PIP).
• Coordinates clinical activities and directs work of clinical staff, including patient care and education.
