Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC seeks a Program Director/Program Manager to lead the Wound Care Center for the assigned area. You will oversee daily operations, staff, finances, and quality initiatives, while building collaborative relationships with hospital partners.

Responsibilities include driving marketing plans, increasing referrals, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with CMS and hospital policies. Travel to sites may be required to achieve goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 1 year of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience OR Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred and 2 or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience OR High School Diploma and 4 years or more years of marketing/community education in the healthcare industry or clinical operations experience Management experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.
• Direct revenue cycle activities and financial reporting with hospital partner.
• Lead community education and marketing efforts to drive referrals and partnerships.
• Implement a continuous quality/performance improvement program within the center.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital leadership, physicians, and staff.
• Travel as required to manage assigned area and partnerships.
