Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an RN license (ADN with BSN preferred), 1 year of RN experience (2+ preferred), and wound care certification is a plus. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred
• 1 year RN experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Wound care certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide case management with assessments per protocols and procedures.
• Provide clinical oversight to staff (RNs, LPNs, CMAs, etc.).
• Collaborate with health care providers, hospital personnel, and Medical Director.
• Identify and implement process improvements while complying with HIPAA/DOH.
• Provide staff development and in-services; orientation.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary perspective.
• Coordinate vein care services if applicable after training.
• Achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators.
• May function as a scribe per policies.
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• Operate hyperbaric chamber as qualified.
• Perform patient care based on staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as required.
