Job summary

The role focuses on case management, clinical oversight, and collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality wound care. Qualified candidates hold an RN license, ADN (BSN preferred), and 1 year of RN experience (2+ years preferred).

Qualifications

• Current RN license to practice in the state
• ADN is the minimum education requirement; BSN preferred
• One year RN experience required; two+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide case management for a group of patients following protocols
• Provide supervision or oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CMAs) as needed
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on clinical and patient needs
• Ensure compliance with HPAA, DOH, hospital and Healogics policies
• Assist in program objectives from a budgetary/financial perspective
• Coordinate vein care services if offered
• Perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training
• Act as chamber operator when required
• Support patient care staffing needs
• Perform other duties as required
