The Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager role oversees clinical activities, drives care quality, and collaborates with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives.

The position requires an RN license (ADN required, BSN preferred) with 1+ year of nursing experience; supervisory and wound care certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license required and maintained throughout employment.
• ADN minimum, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide case management and clinical oversight to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on program objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, CMS, and hospital policies.
• Support quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
