Job summary

Healogics is seeking an experienced RN to manage case work within our wound care programs. You will oversee clinical staff, coordinate patient assessments, and collaborate with Program Directors and Medical Directors to meet quality indicators.

The role requires an active RN license, ADN with BSN preferred, and 1 year of RN experience (2+ preferred). Prior supervision and wound care certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and maintained for duration of employment.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management with assessments per protocols and procedures.
• Supervise clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, HV technicians.
• Collaborate with hospital personnel and Medical Director on patient needs.
• Identify process improvements while complying with HPAA and DOH guidelines.
• Engage in staff development and provide training/orientation.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary and financial view.
• Support vein care services if applicable and training completed.
