Job summary

Requires active RN license, ADN minimum with BSN preferred, and 1 year nursing experience; supervisory experience and wound care certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license current and maintained.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience required; 2+ years supervisory preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform case management for a group of patients following protocols.
• Provide clinical oversight to staff (RNs, LPNs, CMAs, etc.).
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital staff to address patient needs.
• Identify process improvements while complying with HPAA/DOH requirements.
