Job summary

Healogics is a leading provider of advanced wound care in the United States, seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee the Wound Care Center’s clinical activities. You will collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities include staff oversight, care planning, and process improvement within regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred
• One year RN experience required; two+ years preferred
• Wound care certification preferred
• Strong planning, organization and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop staff
• Experience with HPAA/DOH and CMS guidelines

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center
• Provide patient care assessment, planning and implementation
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director
• Oversee clinical staff including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, and technicians
• Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance
• Support staff development and training
• Coordinate budgetary and program objectives
• Assist in vein clinic operations if applicable
• Act as Documentation Assistant when needed
• Perform hyperbaric safety director duties if trained
