Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (CC) / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center. You will oversee patient assessments, care planning, and quality improvement in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director to achieve optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred
• One year RN experience; 2+ years preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Wound care certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Proficient in case management and wound care-related patient education.
• Oversees clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and technicians.
• Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director on clinical needs.
• Identifies process improvements while complying with HPAA/DOH and CMS requirements.
• Provides staff development and orientation to the team.
• Coordinates program objectives from a budgetary perspective.
• Coordinates vein clinic activities if provided by the program.
• Supports Wound Care Center quality indicators.
• May function as scribe or hyperbaric safety director after training.
• Performs other duties as required.
