Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to lead wound care services across a busy Center. You will coordinate clinical activities, supervise nursing and support staff, and ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license with ADN and preferably a BSN, plus BLS. The role emphasizes collaboration with Medical Director and Program Director, and involves budgetary considerations and staff development.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and active, ongoing.
• ADN minimum required for RN position.
• BSN preferred for advancement and leadership.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities in the Wound Care Center.
• Provide case management to a group of patients per protocols.
• Organize and prioritize clinical responsibilities and oversight of staff.
• Collaborate with health care providers, Program Director, and Medical Director.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies.
• Engage in staff development and in-service training.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary/financial perspective.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant as needed.
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• May operate chamber or emergency chamber when required.
• Perform patient care as center staffing requires.
