Job summary

Healogics, the leading U.S. wound care provider, seeks a Clinical Coordinator (CC)/Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to oversee clinical activities at the Wound Care Center.

You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and drive quality improvements with the Program Director and Medical Director. Responsibilities include case management, supervising RNs and staff, collaborating with hospital teams, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• ADN minimum required
• BSN preferred
• One year experience as an RN required
• Two or more years’ experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Wound care certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Proficien t in Case Management.
• Organizes and supervises clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and technicians.
• Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director on clinical needs.
• Implements process improvements while complying with HIPAA and hospital policies.
• Provides staff development, in-services, and orientation.
• Coordinates with wage care program aspects and vein clinic if applicable.
• Contributes to center quality indicators and budget considerations.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant.
• May perform hyperbaric safety director duties after training.
• Performs patient care based on center staffing needs.
• Performs other duties as required.
