Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee clinical activities in the Wound Care Center. You will coordinate case management, plan patient care, and collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and ensure high-quality outcomes.

This role requires an RN license, BLS, and a track record in clinical leadership. Experience in wound care and quality improvement is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year RN experience; 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and staff oversight for wound care programs.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HPAA, DOH, CMS guidelines and hospital policies.
• Lead staff development and provide in‑service training.
• Support program budgeting and quality improvement initiatives.
