Job summary

Healogics, LLC. seeks a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate the Wound Care Center's clinical activities and ensure optimal healing outcomes. You will work with the Program Director and Medical Director to align patient care with CMS guidelines and hospital policies.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and other staff, collaborate with hospital teams, and drive quality improvement while managing responsibilities within budgetary constraints.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• One year experience as an RN required; two+ years preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center.
• Provide clinical oversight to staff (RNs, LPNs, CMAs, etc.).
• Collaborate with Program Director, Medical Director and hospital personnel.
• Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance.
• Engage in staff development and education.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary perspective.
• Support Vein Care services if applicable.
• Assist in achieving Wound Care Center quality indicators.
