Job summary

The role requires RN licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), 1 year RN experience (2+ preferred), supervisory experience, and wound care credentials if available. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and hospital information

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and oversee case management.
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and other staff.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with HIPAA/DOH/CMS.
• Develop staff through in-services and orientation; recognize staff performance.
• Coordinate program objectives from a budgetary and financial perspective.
• Support Vein Clinic activities and training when applicable.
• Assist in achieving Wound Care Center quality indicators.
• Possibly serve as scribe or hyperbaric safety director as trained.
