Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. You will work with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives and improve healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The role requires current RN licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), and 1 year of RN experience (2+ preferred). Supervisory experience and wound care certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license current and maintained throughout employment
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred
• At least 1 year of RN experience; 2+ years preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Wound care certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and oversee patient care planning
• Provide clinical oversight to RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CMAs, and technicians
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on program objectives
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, hospital and Healogics policies
• Support staff development and in-service training
• Coordinate vein care services if applicable and assist in Vein Clinic training
• Help achieve Wound Care Center quality indicators
• May function as a scribe and assist as needed
