PACS Group is seeking a Treatment Nurse to ensure effective and efficient patient care as prescribed by the physician and facility policies. The nurse reports to the Director of Nursing and must meet state and federal standards to maintain high quality care for residents.

Responsibilities include coordinating plans of care, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining accurate nursing notes. Strong communication, compassion, and clinical assessment are essential for success in this

Formación

• Possession of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two (2) years or more experience, preferably in a long-term care facility.
• Current CPR certification and licensure as RN or LVN/LPN.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with residents and families about Plans of Care and treatments.
• Provide resident care including medication administration and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain nursing notes accurately reflecting care and resident response.
• Observe wounds and report progress or deterioration to physicians.
