Healogics, Inc is seeking a Clinical Patient Navigator to manage front office tasks and assist the clinical team in a busy outpatient wound care center. The role requires coordinating scheduling, patient communication, and insurance verification to ensure smooth operations.

Under RN/provider supervision, you will provide wound care support, assist with intake/discharge, and help maintain chart integrity while upholding CMS guidelines and hospital policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Current CMA, CNA or EMT certification/licensure preferred by state law.
• Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience, preferably in medical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate front office operations to maximize patient flow.
• Greet patients, schedule/reschedule appointments, and manage reminders.
• Verify patient insurance information and enter data in databases.
• Assist RN/Provider with wound care procedures and clinical support as needed.
