Job summary

The role requires a practical nursing license, at least two years of LPN/LVN experience (SNF/LTAC preferred), and BLS. Expect a fast-paced environment with teamwork and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/Provider direction, delivers wound care per policy and guidelines.
• Assist vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• Aid with intake and discharge processes.
• Gather patient information and required supplies for procedures.
• Escalate quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
