Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Wound Care Center Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound‑related and basic nursing care under RN or provider supervision. The role follows WCC and hospital guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an LPN/LVN license with at least two years of nursing experience, including SNF or LTACH exposure; wound‑care experience is a plus. The position supports a fast‑paced team in indoor clinical settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Two or more years of LPN/LVN experience, including at least one year in SNF or LTACH.
• Wound-care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides wound-related patient care according to BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assists in vein clinic after training.
• May assist with intake and discharge.
• May provide case management support under RN direction.
• Gathers patient information and prepares equipment.
• Reports quality of care issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicates with team regarding therapeutic interventions to ensure quality care.
• Performs hyperbaric oxygen therapy duties as needed after training.
• May perform documentation assistant duties as per policy.
• Performs other duties as delegated.
