Healogics, the nation's leading provider of advanced wound care, is seeking a Wound Care Center LPN to deliver wound-related care under the direction of an RN or provider in an outpatient setting. You will support patient assessment, documentation and adherence to policies and safety protocols.

Highlights include training for the vein clinic, potential case management assistance, and opportunities to work with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited LPN/LVN program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice in the state of employment.
• Two or more years as LPN/LVN; wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider supervision.
• Assist in vein clinic after Vein Clinic training.
• May assist with intake and discharge.
• May support case management under RN guidance.
• Gather patient information and necessary equipment.
• Report quality-of-care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with the team about therapeutic interventions to ensure quality care.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy-related duties after required training.
• May function as a Documentation Assistant (scribe).
• Perform other duties as delegated.
