Job summary

Healogics LLC in Melbourne, FL seeks a Wound Care Center LPN to provide wound care under RN oversight and support vein clinic activities. You will assist with intake/discharge, data collection, and equipment prep in a hospital-based setting.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license with 2+ years’ experience (vascular wound care preferred) and strong BLS, organization, and teamwork skills in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven competency in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Responsibilities

• Support case management under RN direction in state regulations.
• Gather patient information and necessary equipment for care.
• Record and communicate quality of care issues to the manager.
