Job summary

Healogics Wound Care & Hyperbaric Services LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound-related patient care under the direction of an RN or Provider at our centers. You will assist in vein clinics, handle intake/discharge, and support case management while gathering patient information and maintaining safety protocols.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN/LVN license, has 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (SNF/LTACH preferred), and demonstrates strong BLS, organization,

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a current LPN/LVN license.
• Two or more years of LPN/LVN experience, including SNF or LTACH.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in BLS.
• Strong organization, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Good interpersonal, listening, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of computerized nursing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider supervision.
• Assist in vein clinic and with intake/discharge.
• Support case management under RN direction.
• Gather patient information and required equipment.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team about therapeutic interventions.
• Perform hyperbaric oxygen therapy related duties as trained.
• May serve as Documentation Assistant as needed.
• Perform other duties as delegated.
