Job summary

Healogics is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support wound care services in our center. Under the supervision of an RN or Provider, you will deliver wound-related patient care and follow all center and hospital policies.

You may assist with vein clinics, intake, discharge, and case management support as required. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least two years of experience, with wound care background preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience, SNF/LTACH preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/Provider direction, delivers wound care per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• Assist with intake and discharge processes.
