Job summary

Healogics is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide wound care under the supervision of a registered nurse in a hospital-based setting. You will gather patient information, assist with intake and discharge, and perform hyperbaric therapy-related duties after training.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of nursing experience (SNF/LTACH preferred), and BLS certification. Wound care experience is a plus, with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program/state approved educational program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Two (2) or more years’ experience as LPN/LVN, including SNF or LTACH setting.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/Provider supervision, provides wound care per BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic after training.
• May assist with intake and discharge.
• May assist with case management under RN guidance.
