Job summary

Healogics, the world's largest provider of advanced wound care services, is seeking an LPN to join our Wound Care Center team in Illinois. Under the direction of an RN or provider, you will deliver wound care and related nursing support in a fast-paced clinic environment.

The ideal candidate has a practical nursing license (LPN/LVN), 2+ years’ experience, and strong knowledge of BLS, patient communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Two or more years of LPN/LVN experience; SNF/LTACH preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Strong BLS certification.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/provider guidance.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained.
• Assist with intake and discharge as needed.
• Support case management per state regulations.
• Gather patient information and equipment.
• Document care and communicate with team.
