• Wound care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound‑related patient care under RN/Provider guidance.
• Assist in vein clinic after training as needed.
• May assist with intake and discharge processes.
• Support case management under RN direction, per state rules.
• Gathers patient information and necessary equipment.
• Report quality issues to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team on interventions to ensure care quality.
• Perform hyperbaric therapy related duties after training.
• Potentially serve as scribe per policy.
