Job summary

Healogics LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our wound care team in Georgia. Under the direction of RN/Provider, you will deliver wound-related patient care and assist in the vein clinic, intake, and discharge processes.

You will gather patient information, prepare equipment, and report quality issues while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Hyperbaric duties and scribe support may be required after training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current LPN or LVN license in state of practice.
• 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience, SNF/LTACH preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider guidance.
• Assist in vein clinic and intake/discharge as trained.
• Support case management under RN direction.
• Gather patient information and necessary equipment.
• Report quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Communicate with team about interventions to ensure quality care.
• Perform hyperbaric duties after training; scribe duties as needed.
• Handle other duties as delegated.
