Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support wound care in Brunswick, GA. Under RN supervision, you will provide wound-related care and assist in vein clinic operations, intake, and discharge.

You will document accurately and collaborate closely with the care team to maintain high standards of patient safety. The role requires a current LPN license, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Two or more years’ LPN/LVN experience; SNF/LTACH preferred.
• Wound care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider and follow BLS and hospital protocols.
• Assist in vein clinic as trained and support intake/discharge tasks.
• Assist with case management under RN, per state regulations.
• Document and communicate with team to ensure quality of care.
