Job summary

Healogics Wound Care Center seeks a Clinical Coordinator/Clinical Nurse Manager to coordinate clinical activities, oversee nursing staff, and support program objectives with the Program Director and Medical Director.

Applicants should hold an RN license with ADN minimum; BSN preferred, and 1–2 years RN experience. Wound care certification is preferred. This role requires adherence to HPAA, DOH, CMS guidelines and hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required and to be maintained during employment.
• ADN minimum education requirement.
• BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two+ years preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center and support quality improvement.
• Provide clinical oversight to nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, CMAs, hyperbaric techs).
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on program objectives and resource use.
• Ensure compliance with HPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
