You will oversee patient assessments, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Program Director and Medical Director. The role requires an active RN license, ADN minimum with BSN preferred, BLS, and 1 year of RN experience (2+ years preferred), plus supervisory skills.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license required and must be maintained during employment.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience; 2+ years preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Aufgaben

• Proficient in case management and clinical oversight of nursing staff.
• Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities and oversees RNs/LPNs/CMAs and other staff.
• Collaborates with Program Director and Medical Director to meet center objectives and improve patient outcomes.
• Identifies process improvements while complying with HIPAA, DOH, CMS and hospital policies.
• Supports staff development and provides in-service training and orientation.
