Required RN license with ADN minimum; BSN preferred, plus 1 year RN experience (2+ years supervisory preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN license and ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two+ years preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management and clinical activities for the Wound Care Center.
• Organize and oversee nursing staff and clinical processes, including education and protocols.
• Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director on program objectives and quality indicators.
• Provide staff development, feedback and performance recognition; support budget coordination.
