Job summary

Healogics, LLC. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee wound care center operations. You will coordinate patient care, supervise staff, and collaborate with medical directors to meet program goals.

The role requires RN licensure (ADN required, BSN preferred), BLS, and prior supervisory experience. Wound care certification is a plus; hyperbaric duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• ADN minimum; BSN preferred.
• One year RN experience required; two+ years preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in case management; may provide case management to a group of patients per protocols.
• Organizes and prioritizes clinical responsibilities; provides oversight to RNs/LPNs/CMAs/techs.
• Collaborates with health care providers, hospital staff, and directors regarding clinical needs.
• Identifies and implements process improvements; complies with HPAA, DOH, hospital and Healogics policies.
• Engages in staff development; conducts in-services and orientation.
• Coordinates program objectives from a budgetary and financial perspective.
• May coordinate vein clinic services and assist post-training.
• May act as scribe and perform hyperbaric safety director duties as trained.
