Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Clinical Coordinator / Clinical Nurse Manager to lead clinical activities at the Wound Care Center. You will oversee patient assessment, planning, and care implementation, collaborating with the Program Director and Medical Director to achieve optimal healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Required RN license (ADN minimum; BSN preferred), 1 year RN experience (2+ preferred), and BLS. Wound care certification is a plus; MS Suite proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• : Current RN license required to maintain during employment
• : ADN required; BSN preferred
• : 1 year RN experience required; 2+ years preferred
• : Wound care certification preferred
• : Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• : Experience in case management or supervisory role is a plus

Responsibilities

• :Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center
• :Provide case management and education to patients/caregivers
• :Oversee clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, CMAs, and others)
• :Collaborate with Program Director and Medical Director
• :Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOH, CMS, hospital and Healogics policies
• :Support program objectives from a budgetary/financial perspective
• :Assist in vein care coordination if applicable
• :Participate in quality indicators and improvement efforts
• :May serve as scribe or hyperbaric safety director when trained
