Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to deliver outstanding customer service to employees and visitors in a designated building. You will be the first point of contact, greet guests, issue passes, and escort them as needed, while maintaining security and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will also support the team with meeting coordination, office supplies, and data-driven problem solving, contributing to a smooth, productive workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all visitors; greet, issue passes, and escort as needed.
• Answer calls professionally; create presentations and speak to groups.
• Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
• Approve maintenance work orders and liaise with vendors or staff.
• Resolve inquiries and provide solutions in a customer-service manner.
• Support team with office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
• Ensure materials follow brand guidelines and follow security procedures.
• Deliver new hire orientation, training, and coaching; present to groups.
• Analyze data to identify problems and suggest improvements.
