Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver world-class customer service in a designated building. You will greet visitors, issue passes, answer calls, and coordinate events and facility services to ensure a smooth daily operation.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all visitors; greet and issue passes.
  • Answer phones professionally and create presentations for groups.
  • Arrange recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
  • Coordinate janitorial or maintenance work orders and workplace services.
  • Acknowledge inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  • Organize on-site events; secure space, set up/tear down, deliver supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security procedures and assist with safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain information clearly and follow manager directions.
  • Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
