Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to deliver a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests in a designated building. You will be the first point of contact, greet entrants, issue passes, and uphold security protocols.

You will coordinate events, manage facilities requests, and support vendors while maintaining organized, professional communication with colleagues and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for building entrants and issue passes.
• Answer phone professionally and assist with presentations and group speaking.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services.
• Address inquiries and provide solutions in a customer-service-driven manner.
• Organize on-site events, secure space, set up and tear down.
• Follow security procedures and coordinate with vendors.
• Explain information clearly to the team and follow manager directions.
• Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
