Job summary

CBRE in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator responsible for delivering world-class customer service to employees and guests in a designated building. This fully onsite, Mon-Fri role focuses on greeting visitors, handling passes, coordinating facilities requests, and supporting events.

You will answer phones professionally, arrange activities, manage service tickets, and liaise with vendors while adhering to security procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guests at the facility and issue passes in line with security protocols.
Answer calls professionally and assist with information and small presentations.
Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities for requestors.
Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and support mail, supplies, and onboarding.
Address inquiries and provide solutions in a customer-service driven manner.
Organize on-site events, including space setup, teardown, and supplies delivery.
Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures and report issues.
Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services or goods.
Explain information clearly within the team and follow manager directions.
Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
