Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator in the United States to deliver a world-class customer service experience for employees and building guests.

You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, issue passes, and support daily operations including events, mail, and onboarding. The role requires strong communication, organization, and MS Office proficiency, with an emphasis on following procedures and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet visitors and issue passes.
• Answer the phone professionally; create presentations and address groups of varying sizes.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
• Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services including mail and onboarding.
• Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional, customer-service driven solutions.
• Organize on-site events, secure space, set up and tear down, and arrange supplies.
• Follow site security and emergency procedures; coordinate with relevant parties for safety.
• Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
• Explain details clearly within the team and follow manager directions.
