Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at our Virginia Beach - Rosemont Service Center. You will greet customers in person or by phone, assess their needs and guide them to the right solution, and support collision estimators by handling drop-offs and vehicle documentation.

You will also arrange transportation for customers, prepare paperwork and participate in customer deliveries while maintaining clear communication with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure timely,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to satisfy customer requests.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
