You will support Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking, photographing vehicles, and coordinating transportation while ensuring clear communication with customers and vendors.

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs.
