Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Customer Service Consultant in Lynchburg, VA to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through the repair process. You will support Collision Estimators with drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photography, and coordinating transportation, while handling paperwork and customer deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Respond with guidance and assistance to ensure smooth repairs.
• Assist Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation.
• Prepare paperwork and perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors.
